Notes	Kesselring was born in Hannover, Germany, November 21, 1931, to Hermann and Johanna (Witzel) Kesselring. He came to America at age 24 and settled in La Crosse. He worked as a furrier for his uncle at Conrad Fur Store. Later, he trained and worked as a licensed plumber for many years. He married Karen Wiemann in 1959 in La Crosse. Fritz shared his love of singing and his German heritage by serving as president of the Frohsinn German Singing Society. He was also one of the original members of the Oktoberfest Singers. Fritz and his wife Karen were part of the original Oktoberfest Grenadiers for several years. Fritz passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018, in La Crosse.

   Fritz Kesselring's Oktoberfest Bavarian Tegernsee style-jacket. Gray wool collar-less jacket with dark green accents and center front three antler button closure. Jacket has two front pockets, Oktoberfest and La Crosse-themed pins on the lapels, patches on the shoulders, and patches above the left cuff. Cuffs and epaulets are trimmed with red, white, and green German flower ribbon.

   Fritz Kesselring's Oktoberfest Singers tie. Tan 100% polyester tie with geometrical floral design with two crossing bands near the bottom, one dark brown, and one dark orange. Tie has an elastic band with silver adjusters and tabs to secure around the neck. Tie has a silver floral tie ring.
