Description |
Cabinet portrait of Robert Hixon (1879-1945), son of Ellen and Gideon Hixon. Young boy in short pants, jacket and large soft bow at throat stands with one arm resting on the back of a chair. The chair is covered by a large tapestry or carpet. In the background, a tiled fireplace and large ceramic pot with fireplace tools can be see. The photo was mounted on a burgundy red card with gold printing: "Meason, No. 128 North 3rd Street, La Crosse, Wis." |
