La Crosse Police Department light blue plastic riot helmet. Helmet has a black decal Helmet has a clear plastic face shield with two snaps on either side, so that it is removable. Helmet has a clear plastic adustable inner shell to fit the helmet to the wearer. Helmet also has a white plastic shell that extends beneath the blue plastic to protect the neck and ears. White shell has an adjustable plastic chin strap with a foam lining. |
