Jacket belonged to Paul M. Schrabeck, born 1914 died 1964. The patch with the three upturned arrows and a T means that he was a technical sergeant, fourth grade. The patch with an A means that he was in the U.S. Third Army. The patch with the sword and laurel is a WWII Austrian Occupation Combat Patch. The patch with the gold eagle is an honorable discharge patch. The patch with three gold stripes is an overseas service patch, with each bar signifying 6 months of service, so Paul Schrabeck would have served 18 months overseas.
