    Dark blue tinted glass bottle. Shaped like bowling pin with small base and neck but rounded out in middle. Embossed lettering on both sides. On one side, "F.W. Simonds, Chicago, Ill." On other, "Dr. Paolis Sparkling Persian Sherbet."

    Blue pear-shaped scroll flask. Lip is uneven. Main body is flattish. The decorations consist of seven raised lines on each side which end in curliques near the top with a star where they meet. The bottom of the lines culminates in a large swirl and the innermost line creates an upside down heart shape. Inside the heart are two spirals and a star. The bottom is slightly concave and has some red paint and there is a seam on each side of the bottle.
