Dan Marcou served 3½ years at the McFarland Police Department and 29½ years with the La Crosse Police Department. During his tenure, Marcou earned 15 citations, Officer of the Year, and SWAT Officer of the Year. He was a nationall recognized police trainer for over 40 years. Marcou was also a write and has published over 400 articles and 8 books. |
